Frequently Asked Questions
What is SC POINTS KING: AFL?
A free AFL game by The Cast Patrol, the AFL version of SC POINTS KING. Spin three player seasons, pick one, and fill a team of 22 in SC positions, laid out as the AFL SC team view: six defenders, eight midfielders, two rucks and six forwards. A season’s SC points stay hidden until you pick him, then they go on your total. The biggest total wins, and the top of each leaderboard is the SC Points King.
How do you play?
Each spin gives you three AFL player seasons: the player, the year, his club that year and his SC position or positions that year. Pick one for your 22. A player with two SC positions that year can fill either. You have 20 seconds to pick, or the first season that fits goes in. You can only have one season of each player. Fill all 22 spots, and your SC points add up as you go.
What are the positions?
The AFL SC ones: six defenders (DEF), five midfielders (MID), a ruck (RUC) and six forwards (FWD). A season fits the SC position he had that year, and a player with two that year, like MID/FWD, can go in either.
Is there a target?
No. It’s a high score chase: the biggest total wins. Your best scores go on the leaderboards, and each board’s #1 wears the crown 👑. The Daily Challenge has its own target each day.
What are wildcards?
Reroll spins again for three new seasons and Remove Player takes one player out of your 22 so you can spin for his spot: one of each a game with a free CAST Profile. Reveal shows the SC points for all three seasons on a spin before you pick, and the SC Captain, once your 22 is complete, makes one season count double. They come from your Vault.
Which seasons can come up?
Every AFL player season from 2007 to 2026 with at least one game, over 12000 of them. A season counts the SC points the player scored that year.
