How It Works

Three modes. One target: 100000 career points.

The Idea

Draft an NBA starting five from every era since 1946, plus the Legends. Every player carries his career NBA points, but you do not see the number until you pick him. Add up your team and try to reach 100000.

The Team

You fill 5 spots on the court: a point guard, a shooting guard, a small forward, a power forward and a centre. Each player plays one or two positions, the ones he really played over his career. If he fits more than one open spot, you choose where he goes.

The Modes

ModeHow you draftTo winWildcards
100000+Roll 3 players, pick 1Full team on 100000 or more1 of each
Team SpinChoose a position, then spin a team and season and pick from that roster in that positionFull team on 100000 or more1 of each

In Team Spin you choose the position first, before the team and season are revealed, so you are locked in. If nobody on that roster fits, you get a free respin.

HIGHER OR LOWER: NBA

A quick-fire mode of its own: you see one player’s career points and call whether the next player’s number is higher or lower, before the clock runs out. Play it with NBA points, rebounds or assists. Every right call adds one to your streak. One wrong call and you’re out.

Wildcards

Wildcards come with a free CAST Profile: one of each per game, or two of each with CAST Pass. Guests see them locked until they sign in.

Legends

Now and then in 100000+, one offer is a Legends Pick: three of the retired greats with 25000 or more NBA points, like Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Kobe Bryant. You get one at most per game, and it can turn up late in a game, just when you need it most.

Legends keep their points hidden like everyone else, and they count their whole careers. They only appear in 100000+.

The Rules

Where the Numbers Come From

Every point a player scored in the NBA regular season counts, over his whole career, including the BAA seasons from 1946 that the NBA counts as its own. Playoff games and ABA points are not included.

The pool is every player with 2000 or more NBA points, plus 21 Legends. Career points come from the NBA’s own stats at NBA.com, checked against Basketball-Reference, which also gives each player’s positions and teams by season. Up to date after the 2025-26 season.
